First Impressions Of We Olive Restaurant At SOCO

Many people regard We Olive at SOCO & The OC Mix as the right location for some beverages after work hours. Besides the tasty tapas, wines, beers, and cheese in the venue, it offers bottles of olive oils, olives, and other products from small-time artisans as takeout options. Phil Brooks and Debby Glasgow are the owners of We Olive, which also plays host to special events that may please your palates.

The 2019 We Olive series, Perfect Pairings’ last gathering featured tasting sessions for wines, cheeses, and olive oils. The cheeses were from the store situated opposite We Olive. It was not a case of serving customers food and drinks and then making them pay for those out of pocket. Instead, it was a Phil Brooks- and the store’s wine waiter Wes Kollar-led culinary experience. Besides the insights of Brooks and Kollar into the store’s one-of-a-kind wines, participants got discounts on olive oil and vino bottles in the course of that event.

While they awaited information about the new series that would substitute Perfect Pairings, they could visit We Olive for its ‘Kill the Keg’ event on Thursday nights. In it, they could purchase a pint glass of any fresh beer served through the faucet for just $5, a special rate for the event. Furthermore, in the event a person’s pour drained the keg, so to speak, they could get a present from the merchandise collection of We Olive.

Do you feel that you have what it takes to break the present We Olive event record? If yes, then you could just save those five-dollar bills.

Whether a special event was happening here or not, the venue provided customers with complimentary tastings for olive oil, and it allowed ordering wines in flights or the glass.
